Este reto significó para mi, un descubrimiento porque aumente mi ingesta de alimentos muy nutritivos y balanceados y note que era un poco dificil de aumentar volumen.

Pero utilizando los productos como Yor Shake, Super Greens, Probióticos, Repairs, Berry Blast, Muscle Energy, Vitaminas y por supuesto las Enzimas que no me podían faltar logre aumentar el volumen mientras definia así como también mi rendimiento.
No tuve ninguna lesión, me sentí super bien durante todo el reto y lo disfrute al máximo.

*7:30 pm 2 Repairs antes de la comida fuerte

Mantenía mi entrenamiento de Lunes a Viernes, aproximandamente una hora y media.

Este reto ha creado un impacto en mi vida, sobre todo por que a mis 50 años, me siento super bien, fuerte y muy saño.
