3Hey there all people who wants to change their lifes!
I saw this challange and told myself why not, I have nothing to lose. I started at 84kg and my goal was to go down to 80 kg's. How my plan was structured:
Products that I used:
Morning: Berry Blast, Fibre; greens and 1 drop of Lemon oil and after 15 min I took 2 vitamins.
Snack: Yor shake vanilla and chocolate I also had Great Protein which is lovley. These shakes tastes so good.
Night before sleep I took Repair Ultra and probiotics for faster recovery
I used Digest Ultra to all of my meals which is lunch and dinner for better digestion.
I worked out for 1 hour a day intensive workouts in the morning with only bodyweights for 5 days a week and I went for a jogging workout once a week and had my sunday as a restday!If you use these products with a balanced diet you will achieve your goals that you have dream of. This Challange have totally changed my life on many aspects, before I always were hungry, I was tired, lack of energy, lack of focus, lack of motivation but what this challange has made to me is incredible. I have more energy, I have better focus, Im not hungry so often which feels amazing and the best part is My goal was to get to 80 kgs with this challange and these procuts I made it to 76.2 kg which is amazing!
