Hi, I’m Thereza 27 years old, from Hawaii.. I started this 8week challenge to feel confident and better of myself.. I was weighing 159-160lbs before i started this challenge. I was losing confidence about myself, to the point that, my health is already getting affected because of being overweight..
My regimen was i took 2 super slim upon rising, 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.. My breakfast would be a mix of Yor Vanilla and Yor Chocolate shake, with a scoop of Yor Supergreens and Yor Fiber Plus and a packet of Yor Berry Blast.
Lunch is where i eat i little heavy, where i take Yor Digest Ultra. I also take 2 Yor Vitamins every after meal. For my dinner, instead of eating heavy, i replaced it with my Yor vanilla and chocolate shake with a scoop supergreens and Yor Fiber Plus. And before bed i take 2 Yor Repair Ultra and 2 Yor Probiotic. Because of being so busy with my work schedules, i don’t have time to exercise and i even sometimes forget and skip my regimen.
After taking Yor berry blast in the morning, i feel like a have more energy now. Before when i used to wake up,, i feel so tired that i want to go back sleep, but not amymore.. Also, i used to feel hungry everytime,. But now because of the Yor shakes it helps me from feeling hungry.. I also used to have hard time falling asleep at night, but when i started taking Yor Repair Ultra at night, it helps me go to sleep, and I don’t have hard time sleeping, no more insomia..
