Hola, estoy muy contenta y agradecida por que desde que conocí Yor Health mi vida ha cambiado demasiado en varios aspectos y uno de los mas importantes mi salud fisica, he logrado hacer un nuevo estilo de vida, gracias a mi alimentación con el apoyo de los suplementos y el ejercicio.
inicie este reto pesando 55 kg y hoy he logrado bajar 5 kg y mis musculos cada vez se tonifican mas, sintiendome estupendamente.
En este reto iniciaba tomandome un vaso de agua con una gota de AE de limón, después del ejercicio me tomó el super greens y un berry blast, a las dos horas mi deliciosa malteada de vainilla, con el primer bocado de la comida una enzima digestiva, un snack a media tarde y en la cena algo ligero.
