Inicie este mi tercer reto con 69kgs. Y aumenté 1 kg de masa muscular, ahora peso 70, pero mi porcentaje de grasa bajó de 33% a 25%. Mis medidas de cintura, cadera y pierna han disminuido considerablemente y se han tonificado, haciéndome sentir con energía y mucha vitalidad,
He aprovechado al máximo todos los productos de Yor para tener estos resultados. Por la mañana probióticos y reparador, y 4 veces por semana realicé ejercicio tomándome súper Greens para hidratare, y al terminar mi rutina lo complementaba con mi MRP combinado con alguna fruta y el Complete Buen. Al medio día recuperaba energía con vitaminas, digestivos y mi Berry Blast, y por la noche nuevamente mi MRP.
