Hoy concluyó mi reto de 8 semanas. Alguien puede pensar que el tiempo no puede ir hacia atrás, yo pienso que eso no aplica a todo, hace 10 años uomoesaba 50 kilos y hace 8 semanas yo pesaba 65 kilos . Hoy peso 55 kilos !!!!!!
Y todo gracias a que Yor apareció en mi vida y cada producto de los suplementos fue haciendo que yo me sienta cada día mejor siguiendo un plan de detox. también baje de talla de la 36 a 32 y eso no es todo a mi edad el metabolismo a mejorado en un ritmo impresionante y mi sistema inmunológico tanto que me ha protegido de virus a los que puedo estar expuesta en mi trabajo , además mis huesos y articulaciones dejaron de doler y ahora subo y bajo las escaleras hasta el tercer piso sin molestias de dolor , el padecimiento de taquicardias repentinas por la edad de efectos de bochornos por la menopausia han dejado de suceder.
