Soy Sergio Guillen terminando mi 5 reto consecutivo y con cambios cada vez mas impactantes y poniendo a prueba el detox y viendo los resultados estoy muy contento yo me levantaba haciendo mi ayuno de minimo 14 hrs y la verdad cenaba lo que fuera y me mantengo en la mejor forma, me tomo mis reparadoras al dormir y mi probiotico, al momento de levantarme no me tomo nada con lo que rompo el ayuno es con el supergreens o great greens con la proteina, y consumo verduras verdes proteinas y grasas buenas en las primeras 6 horas y las segundas ya es mas libre, todos los dias casi hago ejercicio minimo 4 dias a la semana, pues ha tenido una gran enseñanza de que algo que antes creia que era dificil de conseguir gracias a los suplementos es algo super facil de conseguir y algo que lo puedo conseguir de manera mas rapida y sin sufrir tanto, gracias Yor health, y gracias Dennis wong
