When I started the challenge I wanted it to be the start of my goal to reach 225lbs and be lean and muscular. I’m happy to say that after this first 8week challenge I am 42lbs closer to my goal. There were many reasons I decided to do this journey but the top reasons were to be healthy and happy in my body again. I am young and wanted to ensure I get the most out of my life and my weight was holding me back.
I utilized the YOR shakes with fiber and super greens along with vitamins, YOR digest/repair/probiotics and super slim. I paired this with an intense gym regimen. 1hr just about everyday which included 30min cardio preceded by 30min of super set weight lifting. The hardest part was realizing that my weight stopped going down dramatically because i was putting on a lot of muscle as well as losing fat.
I know feel much better, I have much more energy, and my clothes no longer fit! I am happy that the YOR best body challenge has helped me get a start on my goals and I am excited to do another challenge in the near future.
