For most my life I've been involved in athletics. My primary sport is basketball & I played at the varsity level in high school. After high school it got more difficult to stay as active as I wanted to be. I still made time to play pick up games at the park for fun & I enrolled within several men's basketball leagues, as I entered my career & working life. But with the pressures of daily life it's hard to maintain your physical health with exercise and healthy eating. It almost feels impossible at times.

The 8 week challenge has been a blessing for me. With having all the tools that YOR Best Body provides it makes tracking progress very easy & fun. Also doing it alongside friends & loved ones makes the journey to get your body back that much more rewarding. It's inspiring when you don't feel like working out then looking online and seeing my friends results is the extra boost you need to get off the couch & do something towards me advancing my fitness! I'm ecstatic about the results I achieved in my 1st challenge.

My results from this 1st challenge: I started my challenge at 188 lbs and now down to 177 lbs. So I lost 11 lbs, dropped 3 inches on my waistline and lost 8% body fat. The products I used during my challenge were the complete burn, YOR shake, super greens, fiber, the repair and digestive enzymes. Basically I use the entire product line :)

For my diet I decreased my carbs intake and increased the amount of protein I ate. I still ate the foods I love, I used the 80/20 rule to balance good vs bad meals. As long as I ate 80% good foods, the other 20% were my cheat meals. The fitness and nutrition system at YOR Best Body makes achieving these goals simple.

My workout plan was basic, I committed myself to working out 4-5 times per week. As long as you follow your supplement plan, mind your diet, and find the time to workout somewhat consistently, you will have the routine needed to get into the best shape of your life.

I'm looking forward to my next 8 week challenge! This is something that I'm excited to keep constant in my life. Once you start a good habit its hard to stop. Nothing feels better then having control over how you feel physically and how your body can transform.
