This was my second challenge since I began my Journey to get my life and my health back. I was 446 pounds back in May. I had allowed some tough times over the past several years to cause me to lose hope. I in many respects had given up on life and stopped caring about my health.I knew of these products and had used them before but hadn't used them for a very long time.. I had let depression and a negative view of myself and the world to completely make me feel that nothing would help. My Grandmother who was always one of the most supportive people in my life passed away in April. I regretted terribly that she not only saw me this size but more importantly this sad and unpleasant. I started with Super Greens and I started doing pretty good. I got down to 411 by August. I decided I wanted to be more accountable so I Joined the challenge I did well I had been doing water aerobics and then I increased the water aerobics to 2 classes a day. I had lost 21 pounds in that challenge and really felt great. I immediately entered again, loving the sense of accountability and motivation the challenge was providing me. I had been juicing fresh vegetables as well and I began this challenge having vegetable juices and I would super charge those juices with SUPER GREENS twice a day. I also took Super Slim 3 times a day, The Probiotics Ultra in the evening and one Digest Ultra in the morning. To add a increase in fat burning I did take Complete burn a couple times a day, although I admit at times I would forget this one, I imagine had I been a little more consistent with this I would have had more success. Lastly I added Yor Fiber powder drink to a drink a day realizing that while juicing there is no fiber in Juicing this was an excellent product that helped me keep things regular and my overall experience has been great!! I have had a huge amount of Energy!I started this challenge at 390 pounds, I started a 6 week challenge at a local gym, at the same time I started this challenge and with the help of Yor Health and the power of Juicing fresh vegetables I had the energy to continue doing my water aerobics in the morning and working out 3 days a week with a personal trainer. With the combination of a dramatic increase in the nutrition from vegetables, both from the juice and the amazing product SUPER GREENS; combined with the digestive assistance from Yor Health products; I WAS ABLE TO LOSE 39 POUNDS ON THIS 8 WEEK CHALLENGE! I feel so much better. In total in the past 2 8 week challenges I have lost 0ver 60 pounds! And since May down 95 pounds. I have renewed HOPE for life!I have much more to go but with Yor health and the new found love for the nutrition of vegetables and the energy that they and Super greens provide I have a new love for exercise as well! I am changing my life on this Journey and Yor health products have become a big part of my Journey. I am not through with my Journey but I intend to continue to have Yor Health and the Yor Health challenge be part of that Journey. I am so excited about the changes over this short 8 weeks, I lost 39 POUNDS!! I have higher energy, higher self-esteem and a renewed zest for life.
