Finishing this challenge, I can say I’m extremely happy with the results that I have gotten so far. The Idea of keeping the 8-week challenge as a lifestyle even while having a busy schedule makes everything easier. After the Yorhealth Annual event, I realized I got sidetrack with life and stuff that we can control and my physical appearance was one of them. I decided to get back on track and what better than keeping my self-accountable on the YORBESTBODY 8 week challenge.
I decided to get back to the gym and play soccer. I was hitting the gym at least 3-4x weeks and playing soccer at least 1x week.
I follow the YORHealth regimen along with better eating habits and a more solid workout program.
In the morning or bedtime, I used 1x capsule of the probiotics and 2 repairs, with the 2 biggest meals I took 1X Capsule of digestive Ultra and 3 Essential Vitamins. Before working out as a “Pre-Workout” I took a SUPERBLAST (Super greens + Berry Blast) to boost up my energy and have a solid workout. Post workout I took the YORShake and add fiber to it.
Thanks to the 8-week challenge I was able to shred 9Lbs and lean out a lot. I feel a lot better and when I play soccer I feel like I felt back when I was playing semi-professional.
