Disfruto mucho hacer ejercicio y estar saludable. La razón por la cual entré al reto de 8 semanas fue porque a pesar de que tengo activación física desde hace muchos años no había podido marcar mi cuerpo quise experimentar y saber que era capaz de lograr al tomar los suplementos Yor Health.

Durante las 8 semanas incluí en mi dieta diaria: Bare oils (mezcla metabólica), Yor Super Greens, Yor Probiotics Ultra, Yor Essential Vitamin, Yor Shape, Yor Digest ultra, Yor Berry Blast, Yor Shake y Yor Repair ultra.
