In all honesty, I had a goal to build muscle and see if i could accomplish that by implementing holistic/ plant-based supplements into my routine. I also wanted to cleanse out and reset my whole system. The first month was great. I felt and saw the change right the first week - my body was cleansing out. First 2 weeks was an adjustment, as it usually is, but I've noticed changes in my looks. I also wasn't craving junk food as much, or eating too much, period.
I continued consuming all the products religiously every day. I purchased the whole complex with YorHealth and LiveBare, which lasted me about 6 weeks. Since i saw the results, I ordered more.
I tried to follow recommended routine:
probiotic, repair, and Super Slim as I wake and at night
Super slim half an hour before meals.
CoQ10 and digestive enzyme everymeal
1-2 protein shakes w/ or w/out super greens and fiber
1-2 meals a day and healthy snacks (since I focused on building muscle, i consumed a little more calories)
I will admit, it was challenging at times, with holidays and birthdays, and simply going out and eating out with friends from time to time. But I tried to stay on track with my supplements and work outs 4-5 times a week.
I totally recommend the products. they really do magic if combined with hard work and effort. More importantly, my tummy felt happy!
