Hi I’m Nai this will be the 6th challenge I have completed. This is the hardest challenge for me because I had fallen off the wagon really bad. I injured my back nearly a year ago and ever since then I just avoided most exercise and ate carelessly. The muscles I had melted into fat because I used the injury as an excuse to succumb to not making the best health choices.
During this time I became the heaviest I have ever been at 120lbs. I woke up every morning with a bloated belly. I felt disgusted at myself for letting myself get to this point...I decided I need to make a change and make myself happy. I remember how fit I used to be. And I knew I can get back to it especially with the help of the yorhealth products. The Yor Shakes has help me tremendously with calories and craving controls while providing me with the nutrients my body needs. The digestive enzyme are a life saver allowing me to still eat guilt free :)
Even though all the holidays are rolling in I decided I was going to start right now instead of waiting for it to be my New Year’s resolution. Through this challenge I had to rebuild my eating and working out habits. It was not easy with so much food temptations and freezing wet weather that made me want to stay home instead of heading to the gym. But as of today I can say I made it. I am not where I want to be but I completed this challenge and built great habits-putting myself back on track. In these short 8 weeks I was able to go from 120lbs to 111lbs! And I can see little baby abs peeking through! I am so excited to see where this lifestyle will take me next!
