I first heard about Yor Health from my sisters who suggested I try Yor Repair Ultra as I was struggling with movement after having two lots of knee surgery. Over the years I had gained a lot of weight due to poor diet and lack of mobility. I never had any energy to exercise and often suffered knee pain for days if i did exercise. I noticed an improvement with my knee after the first month taking Repair Ultra and decided to try some of the other products.

I have struggled with my health and weight since the birth of my 4th child 5 years ago. Before I started taking any of the other products I suffered from indigestion daily and was taking over the counter medication to relieve the symptoms. I know drink Yor Supergreens, Berry Blast and Fibre every morning, I have been able to give up the medication and my indigestion is gone. I take Yor Digest everyday with my Lunch and Dinner.

Since starting these amazing products I have found I have more energy than I have had in years.
