Hello! My name is Sandra, I’m very happy with the results I got in this challenge. To be honest, the first 3 weeks I was lazy and I didn’t do any exercise and I was eating very bad because I was traveling because of my job. But I started to feel very bad and fat and I decided to do the Detox again and the last three weeks were my salvation!

I take my great greens with fiber to open, then an hour later I take a shake.
I eat a combination of protein and vegetables with one Digest.
For dinner protein, vegetables and carbs with 1 or 2 Digest.
Before sleep 1 probiotic and 2 Repair.

And of course I drink water all day long, sometimes with a drop of an essential oil (lemon, orange, ginger).
