This journey was hard, but it was well worth it! I’ve stayed mentally strong and the results are amazing! I’ve gotten so many compliments from the transformation. I’ve done many different programs but this was the only one I ever had success with. I will continue on this program. It was a 8-week challenge and not it’s turned into a lifestyle change. I’m very happy with the results!

During my 8-week challenge these are the products I took.
YOR shake - Vanilla
YOR Fiber Plus

I followed the 16 hour inter-fasting period
8am- 1 Probiotics / 1 digest/ 1 supergreen scoop shake

12pm- 1 shake( 2scoop Vanilla/1 scoop fiber)

4pm - small meal with digest pill

Then I would get off work around 9pm and go straight to the planet fitness Gym and work out for 1-1.5 hours.

My gym routine is 30 min cardio on the treadmill, 30 min of weights ( bench press, squats, dumbbells and if I have some extra energy I do 15 min of the stair masters.

The habits I changed were the type of food I was eating. I stopped eating fast food. I completely dropped soda. I have never been a desert type of person so sweets wasn’t hard for me, but my worst enemy was rice and Vietnamese Pho. I cut down rice dramatically and limit my large bowl of pho down to a size medium and to 1x a week. It use to be 4x a week. What helped out was the YOR Shakes. They filled my appetite through out the day and I got use to it. 2 weeks in the challenge I notice I was even hungry anymore after 7pm. Which was amazing. I plan to do more challenges since I haven’t hit my goal hit but my body has cut a lot of weight and I definitely see the difference. I was wearing a 4xl size shirt and I’m down to a 2xl now. I get tons of compliments of the weight loss and it feels great to have all that hard work be acknowledged. I’ve tried many dieting plans and workout routines and YOR health products has shown me the best and easiest results. I was skeptical at first but I am definitely a believer and I’m my own proof.
