"I would like to thank the 8 Week Challenge because I was able to really focus on my health goals. Most of my life I was known as the "skinny" guy and that made me feel inadequate. The more muscular guys got all the attention and compliments where I would just get a smile then neglected. That made me lack confidence in my physical appearance so I would do most of my socializing through calls, texting, and social media.
