My name is Alben Cooper III. I currently work a full time job as a civil engineer and I am married with two boys ages 5 and 3. My wife is due for our third child in September. I currently take the complete YOR Health product line. My goals for the 8 week Challenge was to decrease my % body fat by 5 and increase my vertical jump by 10%.

My biggest challenge was working out on a consistent basis. In the past I have struggled with this due to work and family commitments. Joining the challenge has helped me stay committed and I worked out about 3 times a week on average during the 8 weeks.

I lost about 2-3% body fat and increased my vertical approximately 7%. While I was not able to achieve my goals I have progressed a lot. I am more agile, flexible, stronger and have increased endurance.

I plan to join every 8 week Challenge and continue progressing. I know my goals will come easier as my body progresses. My determination is higher than ever. I turn 30 on November 1st and I WILL be able to say "I just turned 30 and I'm in the best shape of my life!" Thank you YOR Health!!!
