Hello, my name is Chuyi Khang. I experienced problems of feeling overweight, unhealthy, and having chest pain before, but never took action until now, at 35 years old. I started the YOR health challenge at 182 lbs, and after 8 weeks I am at 167 lbs.
My journey to losing 15 lbs was hard as I had to work it in with my busy schedule. However, I still managed to slim down by starting off my day with 1 Probiotic Ultra, 2 Super Slims; and for breakfast, 1 scoop of the SuperGreens, 2 scoops of Fiber Plus, and 2 scoops of YOR Shake.
