Hi my name is Yu. I've always been worried about my weight. I've tried so many diets and nothing seem to work for me. I heard about YOR health and gave it a shot. I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of YOR health products. It has been a life changing experience.
This year I let myself go and got to my heaviest. I knew I needed to do something. I never imaged that I would try anything like this. I am so glad I did. YOR health have helped me lose 13 pounds in 8 weeks. Today I feel better, eat better, and look better. I have the energy to get up and do my workouts.
Another big issue that I've always had was my digestive system. I was not regular at all. With the use of YOR health products, I am more regular now. I don't feel so bloated all the time anymore.
My daily routine, I take 2 super slim when I wake up. For breakfast I drink my YOR shake with 1 scoop of super green and 2 scoops of fiber then 2 vitamins. I will usually snack on greek yogurt or fresh fruits. 30 minutes before lunch I take 2 super slim. Lunch is usually chicken and salad or a low carb meal along with 2-3 digestive enzymes and 2 vitamins. Then snack on fresh veggies or a bag of Quest chips and salsa (my favorite snack). Another 2 super slim 30 minutes before dinner. End the day with 2 scoops of YOR shake for dinner with 2 vitamins. Then take 1 probiotics and 1 repair before bed. I try to exercise 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Before each work out I'd have a berry blast in 6-8 oz of water.
