Hola familia yorhealth!! Mi nombre es Andrea vargas y el día de hoy estoy muy contenta por qué concluyo mi cuarto reto,la verdad estoy muy sorprendida de los cambios que he tenido físicos y emocionales!
Lo que vi en esta plataforma del reto de ocho semanas es que siempre se puede mejorar y lograr grandes cambios
En esta ocasión utilice la línea de great ful con mis frutas favoritas.
por las mañanas un batido de great ful con papaya y agua
Por las tardes súper greens y mis enzimas digestivas junto con mi comida,
para rendir en mis clases de crossfit tomaba berry Blast y y para mi entrenamiento muscle energy,
Antes de acostarme en la noche finalizaba con otro batido de proteína great ful y mi cena.
La verdad no hay nada mejor que estar saludable y sentirte bien, con energía y todos los días motivada!! recomiendo ampliamente a mis conocidos y alumnos el reto de ocho semanas!!
