Hello everyone!!

I am very happy to conclude this 8 week challenge !!

I remember a few years ago before joining these challenges, which struggled to lower my fat percentage, I had to do strict diets and fatigue was not slow to appear, it was a lot of effort and little results and what I managed to see here is that in a way simple and practical you can improve your health and performance remarkably, all that thanks to good nutrition, Yorhealth products are very high quality and very safe because they are natural and make you see results in a short time and best of all they are constant!

My weight has not changed much I keep between 83 and 80kg but what if it is lower is my percentage of fat that is more important than the weight itself, these weeks the way I exercise was lifting weights 4 to 5 days per week , and 40 minutes of cardio 2 times a week

My regimen was the following when awakening great greens and lemon balm oil, 2 of yor vitamins 3 times a day with the main meals, orange oil with my water at meals, a berry blast just before training for focus and energy, 2 measures of YOR muscle and YOR shape in the middle of training and again just after finishing, an ultra digest just before the meal, before going to bed on an empty stomach YOR fiber plus and 2 YOR repair.

In my last 2 weeks I incorporate 2 YOR shape before meals and drink water of bare oil ginger, lemon and cinnamon, before going to bed I put on my pillow bare oil lavender for a good rest.

I have felt with a lot of vitality and energy, I am happy with the results of Yorhealth products that I would love to inspire and help other people to improve their lifestyle to a healthier one.
