My before weight for the challenge was 82kg
My after weight for the challenge was 80kg
I used YOR super greens, YOR fibre plus, YOR probiotic, YOR digest ultra, YOR super slim and YOR MRP. I also used a range of oils, internally and externally.
I took the product minimum three times a day and sometimes I’d take extra depending on my requirements.
I exercised every day.
The impact this challenge has had on my life is a really emotional one. In the last three years my dad has died, my grandfather has died and my fiancé left me 5 weeks before my wedding this year.
