En este ciclo tuve algunos retos más grandes que cumplir además de tonificar ya que la disciplina de levantarme temprano a veces desde las 5 AM era dura. Y mi trabajo como asesor inmobiliario y agente de ventas independientes es bastante estresante y a veces no podía comer a mis horas
Ya sea con una gota de aceite de naranja en un vaso de agua o un probiotico iniciaba mi día con una rutina de ejercicio de media hora. Posteriormente abría con el súper greens y dos horas después con la malteada vegana o YOR Shake. A las 4 horas procuraba comer proteína con verduras preferentemente orgánicos. Me abastecía con comida suficiente una vez por semana para todos los días que iba consumiendo gradualmente ya que por el incremento de mi carga de trabajo a veces no podía parar para comer en alguna parte.
