This challenge has made me realise that no one is perfect but as long as you try your best thats all that matters.
I started taking the fibre plus, super greens and berry blast for a mid morning shake in my fastening stage. I also take the repair, probiotic and digest tablets and you actually see and feel the diffence.
I noticed i dont feel bloated all the time and i have a lot more energy but mainly i am mentally more stable and happier. Before starting this challenge i had chronic anxeity and mentally drained of life. Now my expections of myself are easier and more realistic, i habe a different view on situations and handle things a lot better, i believe this was a combination of removing stress but also absorbing good nutrition from the super green.
I think i have a lot to still work on and know i could have done better in this challenge but now i can go into the next challenge with a clear strong mind and motivation.
