Hey ladies and gents!
June here and i am 23 years of age.
I took up the 8 week challenge because i wanted to get my body back in shape. I have always loved fitness and have always been in great shape but lately i found myself packing on extra weight and losing muscle due to an unhealthy lifestyle. I gained quite a bit and started feeling a lot insecure.
I heard about the 8 week challenge and decided to do it after signing up as a promoter and I’ve been using the products and i must say they’re amazing!
My product intake looked like this :
For breakfast i would mix up -
1 BERRY BLAST
1 SCOOP SUPERGREENS
2 SCOOPS YOR FIBRE PLUS
1 DROP LEMON OIL
and i would have this with my oats and a Yor digest ultra.
Lunch -
Chicken breast and rice along with SUPERGREENS and a DIGEST ULTRA.
Pre workout -
A peanut butter sandwich and a berry blast shake
Dinner -
Whatever meal i cooked up along with a digest ultra and a YOR SHAKE
Before bed -
1 YOR REPAIR
I feel a lot energized and always manage to have a good 3-4 sessions a week at the gym.
The challenge is amazing and I recommend it to everyone to do. It will benefit you as a person and of course there are amazing prizes should you come out on top.
