My name is Adam Cartter; I'm 25 years old from Central Coast, Australia.
My starting weight was 196 pounds and I finished the 8-week challenge at 165 pounds. My goal was to lose the excess body fat and gain definition throughout the body using only a diet and being active at home (No gyms only body weight exercises 30min a day, and cycling on weekends). The way I was going to accomplish this was by starting a new diet, the (Ketogenic Diet) eating plenty of good clean food not allowing any processed foods, carbs or sugar.
