Hello! My name is Alejandro, I am 42 years old and I want to tell you my experience with the challenge. My wife was the one who motivated me to do it for 2 reasons, the first one is that being overweight was becoming a problem in our relationship, since she has always tried to take care of herself, even she has already won a challenge to define this year and I was still with my big belly! And the second reason was that I refused to buy the products, because I think that I did not need them, so we made a deal, I bought some and she gave me others, with the condition that if I got good results or even won, I would reward her.

Making the challenge was the best decision I could make, I felt tired, I ate very badly, my knees and back hurt a lot and most of my clothes did not fit anymore.

What I did was to follow the DetoxLB program, doing intermittent fasting of 16 hrs on average.

And what I took during these 8 weeks was:

Breakfast: green juice Great Greens + 30 min after YOR shake chocolate

Food: vegetables, protein and fat + Digest

Dinner: vegetables, protein, fat and 2 tortillas + Digest

Occasionally 1hr before eating YOR Shape.

I have always taken a lot of water, additional on Saturdays I started playing squash with a couple of friends.

I feel very well, I managed to lose almost 15 kilos, my clothes are much better, my cheeks were deflated, the big belly left, I feel more energetic and the best thing is that it wasn’t difficult and today I am adopting it as a lifestyle.
