Hello everyone
I started this challenge for a couple of reasons I was at a real turning point in my life I had just received a full clearance of a fractured neck I sustained playing football which required a 24/7 neck brace and wanted to use this to kick start my return and help regain what fitness and strength I lost in the 3 months I was home bound for. I started at 74.8 kg at 11% and was looking to gain back some size, strength , fitness and lose some extra BF% in the process, at the end of the 8 weeks I had succeeded I weighed in at 78.1kg at about 9% and have since returned to football.
I used all products (except complete burn and YOR 1/2) daily with some doubling up MRP and greens. The energy and recovery I get with these products is the best I ever have after 12 years of football some at a representative level I'm pulling up better then ever and playing harder and faster for longer periods in games then I ever have been able to.
