Hola mi nombre es Mary Vargas al iniciar el reto pesaba 49kg y al finalizar 50kg, lo cual es lo que buscaba, poder bajar grasa pero subir músculo, utilicé 3 YOR MRP y supergreens, los cuales consumía después de hacer ejericio, y también consumía la YOR MRP entre comidas. En cuanto al ejercicio hacía una rutina de 20-25 minutos en casa de lunes a viernes, con mi propio peso y en ocasiones con polainas.
