I have entered so many challenges in the past I've lost count. I'm proud to say this is the first contest I have ever finished. I look at my results and I was a little hesitant to enter because I did not reach my goal. When I started this challenge I wanted to finish the year strong because with help of the Yor Health products, a balanced diet and exercise I lost 20 pounds earlier this year.

The moment I realized my challenge was running through the holidays I was mortified! Typically we gain weight during the holidays because we overindulge with everything in sight.

I start my day out with a Vanilla MRP shake. In my shake I add 1 scoop of fiber and 1 scoop of super green with a drop of lemon essential oil. I also take 2-3 probiotics in the morning and at night. With each solid meal I take 2-5 digestive enzymes depending on how big my meal is. Depending on my schedule I would work out 1-4 times a week with a 30 minutes cardio only session to a 2 hour cardio plus strength training session. After each work out I always try to take another protein shake and I tried to always incorporate 2-4 capsules of multi-vitamin and repairs as often as I remembered.

When I stepped on the scale I only lost 5 pounds which was not very impressive. Weight has been a struggle for a long time. As the sole provider I was focused on creating a stable future for my family by working full time and going to school. I had so much responsibilities and obligations I always put myself last. At the beginning of 2017 I weighed 188 pounds I ended of the year I weighing 165 pounds. During this cycle I lost 5 pounds, 5 inches off my body and I also dropped 2 dress sizes! What impacted my life the most about this cycle's challenge is that as long as my mentality and discipline is strong my situation will not hold me back.
