Another challenge down! Trying to stay healthy over the Christmas and New Year period is always a struggle so my goal is always just to maintain my health and not undo all the hard work I’ve done. The YOR Health products are such a huge help with this because I feel fuller more which helps me stop over eating (even though I definitely indulged :P) I feel more energised because even though I’m not eating he best foods I’m still getting all the nutrients from the supplements and the digests are a LIFE SAVER in helping my body keep up with the celebration feasts.
Very happy that I’ve maintained my weight and size instead of gaining of this Christmas period :)
