Very happy with this challenge!
I have officially lost over 20kg since starting to use the YOR Health products and I can’t believe how far I’ve come! I not only lost all the weight I don’t need, I now even look fit! I never thought that would happen and especially over the holidays when I normally indulge too much I stuck to my YOR routine and still enjoyed my holidays while maintaining my health.
I did Intermittent fasting with a eating period of 7 hours.
I would start my day with a probiotic when I woke up. Then do a training session, this would either be swimming, running or cycling for 1.5 hours.
After the exercise I would have a mixture of Super greens, Yor shake and fiber. Then at around midday I would have a big lunch with a ultra digest. In the afternoon at work I would have a berry blast. With my dinner around 6pm I would take another ultra digest. At night I would take a couple of Ultra repairs for recovery.
My energy levels were high and I was recovering from my workouts much quicker. These products are amazing.
