My name is Janice and I’m the third youngest sister. I felt like I was the old Khloe Kardashian. I was the tall, big one out of my sisters. I have struggled with my weight throughout my entire life. I was always the one that was told, “There’s only a little bit left. Just eat it all.” Well I did, 99% of the time. I hated how I look and felt. I tried numerous times to get healthy and fell off the wagon every time. If Khloe could make a change I can too! And I know I’m not getting any younger and I want to be around for as long as I can for my future family. I currently have an extremely busy work schedule. I’m out of the house by 10AM and home by 10PM. So whipping up a shake in the mornings for breakfast is extremely convenient. Then when I get home at night from work I hit the gym and consume another shake before I would eat a huge meal and go to sleep with a full stomach, which added on all of these unwanted pounds.
8 weeks ago when I first started this challenged I weighed 162lbs. And as of today I am currently at 155lbs! I really got to give thanks to the products for helping me with my diet. My relationship with food was definitely an issue why I became so unhealthy, but the products has help me change all of that! I am so excited to start 2018! Definitely a new year new me!
