I am eternally grateful for being introduced to the Yor Health product line. My regular daily plan occurs within two hour increments, from 6:45am to 6:45pm. I start each morning drinking a Supergreens and taking 1 probiotic, 2 slim and a repair. Next I drink 16 ounces of hot water with 1 table spoon of honey and a couple drops of fennel and ginger. At 11am I eat my first of three small meals, usually consisting of 3 servings of protein, health carbs and healthy fats. For lunch at 1pm I drink an MRP. Two hours later I have my second small meal, again a serving of protein, a healthy carb and a healthy fat. For dinner I make it a point to eat with the family. With each small meal I take 2 multivitamin and a Digest Ultra. Throughout my daily routine I also make it a point to drink at least 98 ounces of water. I have also built up my strength and endurance working out and I am now up to four days per week.
For me, the products have done more then just help me shed pounds. I now have a healthy routine that has become lifestyle. I have retuned to all the activities that bring me the most joy: playing beach volleyball, working out, spending time with friends and family. This past year as I finished taking off the final pounds I had gained with all of my pregnancies I can honestly say that I have reached the healthiest I have ever been, at 142 pounds, and pretty close to being in the best shape of my life at 41 years old. After loosing the weight that kept me down for so many years, the best part is, I feel like I am finding my true self.
