Hola, mi nombre es Cecy García y estoy muy contenta de haber terminado otro reto más y poder compartirles que logré una meta que me había costado muchísimo ya que ganar masa muscular había sido siempre algo muy complicado para mí.

Durante estas 8 semanas usé principalmente el super greens, la maravillosa yor shake y las enzimas Digest a diario. Mi rutina de ejercicio no cambió mucho pero mi forma de utilizar los productos sí y fue cuando noté la diferencia en los resultados que buscaba.

Además, antes de entrenar utilicé aceites esenciales para tener más energía y resistencia; después aplicaba aceites para evitar dolores musculares y para eso también usé enzimas Repair.
