Hi I'm Christian Neyle I'm 27 and live in Penrith which is in Western Sydney, Australia and I'm an IT Manager for a construction company.

I decided to get into the best body challenge after my sponsor Sean Mckay (AKA Lilmac HAHA) told me about Yor Health and went through the products and what the benefits were. After a very stressful 2017 and a number of challenges in the year my body had slipped and it was affecting my health both mentally and physically, I thought the best body challenge would be the swift kick into gear I needed to get back on track. I think I must have picked the worst time of the year to do the challenge going into Christmas and New Year but I stuck to the products throughout and exercise up to the week before Christmas

The hardest part challenge for me was cutting back alcohol as I was using that as a crutch instead of exercise. I indulged a bit too much over the holiday break which held me back but I'm still happy with what I achieved and I'm looking forward to my next challenge that I'm planning to do in Feb or March

After the challenge I feel stronger and quicker on my feet, this was a good improvement compared to only 2 months ago and I know I can do even more which has made me get pumped for 2018, I've even taken up new exercise classes!

My Routine & Products

Workout Twice a week in the evenings mainly strength, weights and some cardio (Stopped workouts just before Christmas)
