Hi I'm Chloe Neyle I'm 29 and live in Penrith, Australia. I work in sales for insurance which means unfortunately sitting for long periods of time.

I decided to take up the best body challenge as my husband and his friend were doing it and we always do everything as a team! It was far easier to keep us both on track when were both doing the same routine

2017 was already a hard year losing grandparents and so many other life stresses I was feeling really down. Before the challenge I was stress eating and then getting depressed over my health which made me stress and the whole cycle continued. After the challenge I'm feeling happier about new adventures and things to come for 2018. Doing the challenge over Christmas was hard and there were a lot of distractions but I did make progress and which I know I can build from

After the challenge and seeing even small results I'm ready to take 2018 dead on and have taken up additional fitness classes!

My Routine & Products
