Hola soy Armando Rodriguez, tengo 61años de edad y estoy muy feliz de terminar un reto mas de Yor Health. Feliz de seguir perdiendo peso y estar ganando salud.

Les puedo compartir que me da mucho gusto poder dormir boca abajo, ya que hacia mucho tiempo que no lo hacia porque sentia que me ahogaba. Ademas mi rodilla derecha ha mejorado considerablemente y mi presion arterial se ha normalizado.
