Lost 28 lbs!!! :)))

So I came into this challenge expecting not to lose much weight because in the past, I have spent thousands of dollars in the past trying figuring out different products that would potentially help me lose weight. I have not had any long term success on any until my nephew Jacob Skidmore, introduced me to the YORHealth Product line. I was amazed by the results! Within my first week I lose around 11 lbs while detoxing, and I was overjoyed. My first goal was only to lose 25 goals in my challenge, I thought that was being WAAAAAAAAY too optimistic. I was happy when I found that I lost a total of 28 lbs!
I use all the products every day of the week, and I used every product in the product line. I walk every night at least 30 minutes, and the products have helped me to feel better and more energetic while exercising. I take care of a lot of kids so usually when I get back home I'm deathly tired, but the products give me energy to get my evening workout int. Another thing that I had problems with was my SLEEP! I could barely sleep during most nights, and my doctors gave me so many things that would potentially help it. It wasn't until I started using the YORHealth products, that my sleep really started to improve. Now I get 6-8 Hours a night. This challenge is changing and probably saving my life day after day, and I can't wait to get my friends on the challenge too :)!
