Very excited to have completed my 2nd 8 week challenge! Have remained using the same products as I always do: Superblast in the morning (berry blast, supergreens and fibre plus), digest ultra when I eat my bigger meals, vitamins 3-4 a day (with the meals) and finally repair ultra x2 and probiotics x1 just before hopping into bed. I also have MRP shakes after the gym workouts.
In this 8 week challenge, I had to focus on a mixture of business and exercise to really begin moving forward in life and ultimately the challenge was finding the right balance to progress equally in both. It was a struggle to find the correct balance, but slowly I am getting there.
My goal was to be in the fittest position of my life I have ever been, and I can definitely say that it is truly the case, but now I've open a whole new pathway with where I can go from here. Having completed a 2nd 8 week challenge, I know I will stay committed for years to come as this isn't only a 'GET RIPPED QUICK SCHEME'.
About to enter my 3rd 8 week challenge tomorrow and I'm excited with some of the new tips I've received from personal trainers and health professionals. Bring it on!!
