Y estoy muy contento de haber conseguido mi mete de bajar 6 kilos, a pesar de pasar por las fechas decembrinas donde se come mucha comida

Por las mañanas de 6 a 7 am hago Crossfit, como a las 8 me tomo 1 probiotic, 1 repair y 1 digest ultra
Como a las 9 me tomo 1 Yor Shake de Chocolate o vainilla
Con la comida me tomo otro digest Ultra y 1 Yor Shape
A media tarde un Super Greens
Y por la noche otro Digest Ultra con la cena o 1 Yor Shake

Este Reto ha sido complicado por el tipo de comidas que hay estos 2 meses (Diciembre y Enero), pero a pesar de ello logre mi meta tomando en cuenta que no era muy pretenciosa por la misma razón, sin embargo gracias a los productos de Yor Health se puede lograr cualquier meta
