My start to my first 8 week YorHealth challenge started back in Dec 1, 2017, and what a journey it has been! After trying multiple ways to lose weight I’ve found a solution to stubborn belly fat and I’ve gained a huge amount of energy, thanks to my YorHealth body coach and motivation to reach my end goal. When I started the challenge I honestly felt like I had already been in shape, but this program has shifted my perspectives that there was no ceiling for improvement. I feel absolutely stronger, I can last longer through my cardio, and I’m not huffing and puffing in fatigue through my daily workouts.
Having started in Dec. right after the holidays, it was hard at times to keep up my daily routine. I had my YorShakes every morning and dinner while during lunch eating big salads to keep up with my metabolism. Super Slim helped me a lot after big meals and Repair Ultra after intense workouts.
My starting weight was about 174 lbs. and now I’m walking around daily at 155 lbs. I met my goal weight two weeks in to the challenge and maintained that same body weight while gaining muscle and burning fat. I would highly suggest this program to anyone serious enough to make a change with their body, while un-tapping a huge potential deep within them. Not only did I gain anything physically but I also gained something mentally as well. Making better decisions on how I need to start eating, and eating in a way that not only taste just as good as I’ve ate before but to maintain what I’ve accomplished.
The YorHealth products work, and I will be diving in to my 2nd 8 week challenge soon. For a first time challenge I feel healthier, stronger, slimmer, and smarter than I did before, all in all I’ve met all my goals and I need to set them even higher for the next!
