I am a working mum of 5 Beautiful & Talented children. Lately I have let my eating habits get the best of me & am not looking or feeling too great.

I’ve decided to take the challenge to change my lifestyle. I’m a happy person who loves life. I just don’t love my body. I’m pretty confident but I think most fat people are. But in the inside I think I’m hiding how I really feel ?? my children are all superstars in the sport. They must get it off my hubby as my idea of sport is eating.

My personal challenge is sticking & completing this challenge. I usually give up after a few days or even a week. So pray for me

I hate my body with a passion so to upload my photos I feel embarrassed but I’m determined to change myself & have a happier & healthier mind & be proud of my body.
