Hola todos! Después de varios ciclos con el detox, estoy muy feliz con los resultados! Es la primera vez que sigo un régimen y no necesito siento frustrada por dejar de comer lo que me gusta. Ya no cuento calorías ni modo mis porciones y le doy a mi cuerpo lo que necesita.

Sigo usando los aceites bare Oils, supergreens con Berry blast antes de mi entrenamiento de 50 minutos (4 o 5 días a la semana) acompañado de mis dos cápsulas de yor Shape. No olvido el yor Muscle energy al entrenar! Ahora como ya sigo un régimen avanzado mi primer alimento alrededor de la 1pm. Me enfoco en comer proteínas y grasas . Y ahora dejo los carbos por la noche. Disfruto mucho la Great Protein con leche de almendras , mantequilla de maní y un plátano por las noches . Y lo mejor !
