La verdad llevo mas de 5 retos y cada vez mas fascinado con los productos y además con el detox , vivir desintoxicado todos los dias y además sentirse al 100 todo el dia es lo mejor y bien facil de hacer por que con hacer ayuno y seguir unos pasos bien sencillos tienes resultados increíbles, Yo hago ayuno de 12 o 14 horas y despues me tomo lo primero es mi Supergreens me espero 30 min y me tomo despues la malteada después como muchas grasas vegetales como cacahuates almendras ec y despues me tomo en mi primer ciclo del dia todos las grasas buenas proteínas y verduras verdes y en el segundo me tomo lo mismo solo agregando carbohidratos la verdad estoy maravillado con los productos me encantan y la verdad no puedo vivir sin ellos , toda mi vida había tomado los suplementes equivocados hasta que conocí Yor muchas gracias a todos
