Hola, como están? yo contenta porque contrario a lo sé podría pensar, a mis años, que para muchos no son pocos. A los 62 años todo cambia y principalmente el metabolismo. El cuerpo no responde con la rapidez de antes, lo que comes o no comes te engorda, con ayuda todo es posible, al contrario de muchos aun comiendo y con fechas difíciles de celebración baje los kilos que me propuse de 52 a 50 lo mejor de todo es que baje medidas, donde mas fue en cintura 2cm y vientre 9 cm, sin matarme de hambre siguiendo el Detox de 12 horas. Apoyandome con probioticos uno al día, enzimas una en cada comida,vitaminas y supergreens en ayunas, malteada de vainilla que me encanta después del ejercicio que solo es un circuito de aparatos de resistencia que dura 35 minutos, cinco veces a la semana.
