I take a walk with my puppy for 40 minutes in the morning. At night I take one probiotics and one digest. For the tired muscles I use the repair.
Before breakfast I take lemon bare oil with one liter of wáter. After my shake.
At meal meat, chicken or fish . I don´t consume any sugar and at dinner my shake again. During the day a lot of wáter and 16 hours fasting to burn fat.
