Soy mexicana tengo 58 años soy abuela, entré al reto porque para mi es motivación para cuidar mi cuerpo , gracias a YOR HEALTH en mi reto anterior baje 10 kilos que tenia de más y recupere mi salud que ya estaba bastante deteriorada mi mayor deseo es estar sana y fuerte porque quiero ser un apoyo y no una carga! Y me fascina estar en un lugar que premien por cuidarme y estar saludable!

Estoy muy feliz ahora puedo pasarme jugando, brincando, corriendo y cargando a mis nietos todo el día y además puedo ponerme bikini para ir a la playa!!!
